Yes. We can port your existing number to TREPIC Office Phones at no charge. The porting process typically takes 7–10 business days. During the transition, you will continue receiving calls on your old number.
What phones are compatible?
TREPIC Office Phones works with most SIP-compatible desk phones. We can also provide hardware recommendations or supply compatible handsets. The system also works via a desktop app and mobile app, so no physical phones are required.
Do I need TREPIC internet to use Office Phones?
No — TREPIC Office Phones works independently over any internet connection. You do not need a TREPIC internet plan to use our VoIP phone service. That said, bundling both services with TREPIC gets you the best pricing and a single local team for all your support needs.
What happens if my internet goes down?
If you pair Office Phones with TREPIC Uptime+ business internet and a failover option, calls can automatically route to mobile devices during an outage. We can also configure call forwarding rules to ensure you never miss a call.
How many lines can I have?
