Fixed wireless internet delivers your connection via radio signals from a tower to a small antenna installed on your home or business. It provides broadband speeds without needing cable or fiber lines run to your property — making it ideal for areas where underground infrastructure doesn't reach.
Is there an installation fee?
Yes. There is a one-time installation fee of $150 for wireless service. This covers our technician visiting your property, mounting the antenna, running the cable inside, setting up your router, and fully testing your connection before they leave.
Can I change plans after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel my 1-year contract early?
If you cancel before the end of your 1-year contract term, an early termination fee may apply. Contact our support team to discuss your options.
Does weather affect my wireless connection?
